Positions Open are …

Skills Trainer: Supporting, training, and monitoring participants striving to accomplish individual goals such as learning to grocery shop, cook meals, cleaning, etc.  Implement the goal-oriented services called for in the individual written plan of assigned participants. Obtain, record, and maintain appropriate documentation.

Job Coach:  Provide training, job coaching, and support of participants at job sites.  Implement the goal-oriented services called for in the individual written plan of assigned participants. Obtain, record, and maintain appropriate documentation.
Normal Working Hours: Full and Part-time positions available w/ flexible schedules / availability.  You MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.  The hours will depend on the needs of our participant, their employer (if Job Coaching involved), and the needs of GateWay Services.  These positions are perfect for students working toward a career in helping professions (social work, nursing, etc.)

Keys to Success:  A genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals, infectious enthusiasm, a desire to engage with a diverse population of people, personal integrity, good written and verbal communication, a valid driver’s  license, reliable transportation (with insurance), a clean driving record, and the physical ability to become certified in CPR and First Aid.

$50 bonus after 90 days and $100 bonus after one year.
